From what is to what could be.
Creating Coherence. Making Change Possible.
We often know what we want to change - in our lives, our leadership and our organisations - yet find ourselves returning to the same problems, patterns and ways of operating.
I work in that gap.
I help individuals and leadership teams identify what is actually keeping the current reality in place, determine what needs to shift, and turn that understanding into change that can be lived and observed.
LEADERSHIP COHERENCE
For founders, CEOs, MDs and leadership teams facing an important issue that keeps recurring despite attempts to resolve it.
Leadership Coherence helps establish what is actually keeping the team stuck, identify what needs to shift, and turn that understanding into observable change in practice.
PERSONAL COHERENCE
For individuals who know something in their life, work or relationships needs to change, but insight, effort or understanding alone hasn’t changed it.
Personal Coherence helps you understand the gap between what you genuinely want and what is actually happening, identify what is keeping the current reality in place, and work with what needs to shift.
When something needs to change, but you can’t see what’s keeping it stuck
We often know where something isn’t working. We may even know what we want instead. What is much harder to see is what is actually preventing movement and therefore what really needs to change.
My work focuses on that gap: between what we want to be happening and what is actually happening.
Sometimes the barrier is human. Sometimes it sits in a relationship, a skill, a strategy, a structure or the circumstances themselves.
Change becomes possible when we identify what is actually keeping the problem in place and find the shift that can create movement.
“Thanks for facilitating our team’s purpose and wellbeing workshop. You have a very personable, open style that enabled everyone to feel at ease and engage in reflection, activities and discussion. I received a lot of positive feedback, with individuals noting it was empowering, helpful and inspiring. One of my goals was for the team to feel valued and encouraged to prioritise self-care – this definitely was achieved. We also were able to enjoy time together as a team, given your flexibility adapting to our agenda and other activities for the day. ”

“Since moving to a new professional role, Kasia has helped me immensely through her coaching. Rather than focusing on the external challenges, she guided me to focus on the internal. I thought I already knew myself pretty well but was surprised at how much more I learnt. I felt safe and in trustworthy hands with Kasia and would highly recommend her.”
