PART 1: HEAL - Sound Healing, Meditation and Manifesting

Prepare for a session of nurturing with our in-house meditation and sound healing guide, Kate Green who will open the space for all to feel safe for the evening. Kate will facilitate a heart opening meditation and sound healing session enabling true manifestation to emerge.

PART 2: EXPAND - Developing Self-Trust

In this workshop part of the Experience, we will discuss developing self-trust and the role the ability to rely on oneself plays in achieving goals, making decisions, developing relationships and becoming a whole person. The session will provide opportunities for deeper reflection, contemplation, journaling, discussion and sharing for mutual growth to occur.

PART 3: CONNECT - Group Intention Setting

We close the session in an intimate circle with intention setting ceremony for all to benefit from.

The ceremony will be followed by the opportunity to deepen your connections with others.
