Our monthly experiences are designed for those who feel the uncomfortable shifts in our outer world and are ready to get curious about working through how they are co-creating their reality from the inside, out.
The next experience will invite you to participate in a four-part sequence carefully curated to guide you to co-create the world you want to live in.
Part 1: HEAL
Prepare for a session of nurturing with our in-house meditation and sound healing guide, Kate Green who will open the space for all to feel safe for the evening. Kate will facilitate a heart warming meditation and sound healing session.
Part 2: EXPAND
Here Kasia will present the introduction to ‘Self-fulness’. In this workshop she will discuss our self-responsibility, inner power, courage, and self-trust as building blocks of our desired world. The session will provide the opportunity to discuss the vital role individual wellbeing, healing and nurturing our needs first, play in co-creating the world we yearn to live in.
Part 3: ALIGN
Welcome to the introduction of ‘Soul Seeding Series’ where Lacy will share her own experiences of strengthening alignment and recognising along the path, opportunities to optimise that ‘journey home’ by aligning our day to day choices energetically.
Part 4: CONNECT
We close the session in a intimate circle of 8 with intentions setting ceremony.
The ceremony will be followed by the opportunity to deepen your connections with others.

Our current events’ venue The Green Room managed by Demeter Legacy generously supports the local community and numerous causes close to our hearts including disadvantaged children and elderly, educational initiatives that seek to inform communities on how they can prevent the harm and destruction of animals and their habitats, to name a few.
We provide each participant with opportunities to present or engage their service or product with others in a match-making process we organically facilitate.
Finally, this act of giving and receiving also provides currency/curren-CHI for expansion in our experiences, platform, reach and impact.
In every act of energy exchange, you are changing your inner world whilst directly changing the outer world simultaneously.
