Join us for a special edition of our monthly Seeds of Awakening Experience where we will bath in the soothing sounds performed by the extraodenary Tenille Bentley.
Tenille will join this month’s Seeds of Awakening and deliver soul enriching one hour long sound healing session.
The sound healing session will be followed by the further delving into our souls and hearts as part of Expansion part of the session. We will connect, through visualisation with our future selves to ‘draw’ a picture of our ideal future.
As always at Seeds of Awakening we will come together to co-create the world we all want to live in. We recognise the role we all play in creating this world and support each other in taking equal responsibility for what we do and do not do, as well as what is there to learn, heal and explore further for each of us in our own time. We believe that “as within so without”.

7.15 - 8.15 pm - Expansion including Meditation, Visualisation and Future Self Connection, Journalling, Vision Board ‘Sketching’
8.15 - 8.30 pm - Group Intention Setting
8.30 - 9.00 pm - Individual & Group Connections (aka Networking)
