Utilising Mindfulness and Meditation techniques, we practice deeper connection with our bodies.
We learn to identify and eliminate distracting thoughts and recognise emotions as they emerge. We discuss here the power of intention and intending intentions for best results and manifestation. We also discuss techniques of how to best practice being present in the busy and troubled world that we live in now.
The tools presented in this session serve for life and are pre-requisites required for us to trust ourselves deeply and care for self and others attentively.
