The purpose of the regular sessions is to help you:

✔️tell yourself the story which works for you
✔️learn to cope with unpredictability of situations

✔️cope with change such as role change, change of working environment e.g. working from home
✔️find opportunities in the challenging times
✔️influence others to help you with positive change
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It works like a Mastermind group where
⚛️ Anyone can join. Whether you are in the UK, Europe or in Australia or elsewhere, the time difference will hopefully permit live connections.
⚛️ We meet via Zoom - an online communication platform.. I set up meetings few minutes beforehand and send out the link. It is simple.
⚛️ Whoever decides to join the first session will be sent the recording of the last webinar for context. The webinar topic was: ‘Resilience and managing emotions in times of world health emergency’
⚛️ We will set up 'hot seat scenario' for whoever wants to share their specific challenge with the group to be discussed. If you have a specific problem related to the changing situation, please share your challenge when registering for the session - you will be prompted to do so.
⚛️ There will be ground rules which you will receive before the first session.
⚛️ Registrations are essential and there will be a limit of places.
